Ingredients
1 T dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 T soy sauce or tamari
- 3 T olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 tsp honey or sugar
- 2 T water
- two good portions of salmon
- cilantro
Notes
- – whisk the first six ingredients in a small bowl
- – pour half of the marinade into a ziploc bag with the salmon and place in fridge to marinate for 20-30 minutes
- – pan saute in a touch of olive oil for a few minutes on each side
- – finish off salmon in the broiler
serve over brown rice and top with extra marinade
