William is survived his wife of 54 years Barbara (Lexner) Mangan; children David (Denise) Mangan, Eric (Marie) Mangan, Patrick (Angela) Mangan, Shawn (Samantha) Mangan, William Brindle, and Lisa Morrison; grandchildren Megan McKee, Codi McKee, Dillon Mangan, and Devan Mangan; great-grandchild Avah; siblings Paul (Joanne) Mangan, late Raymond (Rose) Mangan, late James Mangan, Martin (Michelle) Mangan, Virginia (Ray) Houghtling, Mary Mangan, Robert Mangan, and late Marilyn Mangan; also several nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at Bette Ann Samford, 85, of Center, Texas, passed away on November 24, 2022, in San Augustine, Texas. A gentle man with an edge.
