Tasty!

Slow cooker oatmeal (Overnight Steel-Cut Oats)
This is a wonderful way to treat yourself nicely after a big celebration. Hardly any work and means you have a warm breakfast with no effort in the morning.

Tasty and not a crazy amount of work. Works well for brunches. Based off of a Paupered Chef recipe.

Overnight Steel-Cut Oats with Almond Butter & Honey (aka Fancy Oatmeal)
This is one of the things that we regularly use the slow cooker for. Why I haven’t put this up here is beyond me. It’s like we have something else on our mind… 🙂

bagels!
I have been meaning to try this recipe for over a year now. Why this necessitates having a kid, I’m not sure. Now I have less time. Thank goodness for mother-in-law’s!

Baked French Toast
This is now a standard post-Thanksgiving brunch recipe. Why? Because you can throw it together the night before, then wake up, pop into oven, and you have instant-breakfast. When we party all-night long, we throw this together the day before so we have something easy to nibble on the following day.

Sweet Corn Bread Pudding
This has been used a number of times, originally for Thanksgiving. It is good for Turkey Day, brunch or for a vegetarian dinner.
